Our charts are laser cut from 4mm clear acrylic, this gives the glossy, glass-like appearance to the depth contours of the chart. The artwork is then applied by hand to the surface of the individual cut pieces.

The pieces are then bonded together one by one until the puzzle has been reassembled in 3D.

Once the chart is complete a border is cut and stained from solid wood and bonded to the rear of the chart. This border gives structure to the chart and eliminates the need for excess plastic and reduces the weight.

The chart is then framed to the specification of the customer if required.
